Custom Process

 1. What’s Your Budget?

• We need to know your budget for your custom order and depending on your budget we can determine the size, gram weight, and diamond quality.

• Minimum budget must be $3,500.

2. Pick Your Materials & Submit Details For Your Design

• We only offer 3 options when it comes to gold & 2 options when it comes to diamonds. If you need help with picking an option please reach out to our staff at (212) 328-0162 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

- Gold Options: 10k, 14k Or 18k
- Diamond Options: Natural (Si1/VS2, VS1 & VVS) Or Lab Grown CVD (VS)

• Once choosing your material options you can now submit your details. If you have a logo or design preference you may submit a photo and a representative will reach out to you via phone call. Please submit current contact information for a faster response.

3. $500 Design Deposit (Non-Refundable)

• This will start your custom order. We are unable to start your custom process & design without this deposit.

• The $500 is a credit towards your custom cost.

• After 5-7 days you will receive a CAD (design) model with the MM/Inches of your custom and gram weight.

4. 75% Upfront

• Once you approve your design we will begin production on your custom but you must pay 75% upfront of your budget before we start making your order.

**Example: Your budget is $10,000. You will pay $7,500 upfront & $2,000 ($500 design credit applied) once your order is complete.**

5. Production Time

• Our custom orders usually take between 4-6 weeks till completion but could be sooner. Our staff will send you updated photos until the product is finished.

6. Custom Order Complete

• Once your custom is completed you will pay the remaining balance before we release your order to you. Photos/Videos will be provided.
